Marshall Roofing is run by Samuel Marshall, a sole trader based in Sandhurst, Berkshire. This page explains what happens to the details you send us.

What we collect

When you use our quote form, call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of your roof or the work you need.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange an inspection, send you a quote and carry out and invoice any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

• Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions on our behalf.
• If you send your enquiry on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that message.
• Our website uses a Google Ads tag to measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries. Google may set cookies for this.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. If you become a customer, we keep job and invoice records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. Email marshallroofingservices@gmail.com or call 07368 879975. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
